We had two deliveries today, the first was ok as always for the quite a number of years. The second order looked like it was dropped. Unfortunately I cannot send picture if it as there is no place to put it, very ironic . After a call I was told that the driver never dropped the order, again my photo showed different. All I got was an apology meaning I was wrong. We sorted the food and it was ok but customer service needs improving. Soggy chips Soggy fish. Very oily food..... Half hour wait in shop before the staff even look at you for order.. Never again! Not unfriendly, just unprofessional customer service and cooking.
