Was Jane Doe at Dunkin' a mag?
I placed my order through the app and walked up to the drive-thru window since the lobby was locked and closed. I received my order without any issues, and the service was friendly and polite. Everything was correct! If you choose to wait in the drive-thru line, it might take some time, but I was on vacation, so it didn't bother me at all! I politely requested a strawberry cream cheese bagel, but what I received was a plain cream cheese bagel that tasted artificial and like chemicals.

I live in Gorham, but I go to Dunkin' Donuts all over the country, and this particular location has by far the slowest and worst service of them all. It seems to be consistently slow throughout the year.
