I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru without any communication, so we decided to pull up to the window. The staff member walked by twice without acknowledging us. It seems like a customer service training could really help; a simple "we'll be right with you" would have made a big difference. View all feedback.

I received the wrong sandwich, and the staff charged my husband and me separately for our orders.
ALWAYS MAKE THE BEST FROZEN COFFEE WITH EXTRA MOCH, YUMMY ?
While the donut was a bit stale, I went today around 4 pm (which is why the donut was a bit stale) and the employee was super friendly and efficient. He was handling a drive through line and customers coming in at the same time. I was in and out quickly with my order!
$3.09 for this pathetic wrap ? Dunkin you are out of control! One half piece of bacon, 1 piece of cheese, and a fake egg. So not worth it. ?
