Reviews summary
Nestled in Gorham, Curbside Comforts has established itself as a beacon of delicious vegan cuisine that even non-vegans rave about. Renowned for its house-made Mac and cheese, patrons are drawn to its cozy ambiance and welcoming service, often enjoying a meal al fresco. Highlights include the Buffalo Chick’n Sammy and the indulgent vegan soft serve, with many visitors claiming it's the best they’ve tasted. Me generous portions and enticing kid’s menu make it a family favorite. Whether you're indulging in comfort food or savoring ice cream, this restaurant is a must-visit for food lovers.

I’m not typically a fan of burgers and fries, but I wanted to give this place a try. It reminded me of the ice cream window at a diner where I worked as a child. My partner and I found ourselves quite charmed enjoying “classic American” food at a picnic table, with the sounds of insects serenading us on a summer evening. What Joyce Senger dislikes about Curbside Comforts:
Everything is delicious and does not taste vegan, if you miss Mac and cheese come here. The chicken Mac and cheese was about half the size of the burger Mac and cheese and only $2 cheaper. View all feedback.

The Mac and Cheese, Buffalo Mac, vegan burgers were all great. The ice was good, but warns a fan of the chocolate diver.
One of the best vegan comfort foods I’ve ever tasted! It's incredibly satisfying and delicious—no complaints at all! I highly recommend it. #Veganuary
We've visited the food truck at the Eastern Promenade many times, and we recently checked out their new brick-and-mortar location! My favorite dish is the chik’n finger basket, which comes with fries and two sauces. I always go with the buffalo sauce and their homemade vegan ranch! We also absolutely love the buffalo chik’n mac and cheese, as well as the vegan soft serve! It’s definitely worth a visit! #Veganuary
Definitely worth the (not long) drive from Portland! We had the Buffalo chicken Mac cheese, a chicken sandwich, and a milk shake. So sooooooo good! Wish I lived closer — it would be impossible to resist eating here all the time

This is a cozy restaurant with fantastic service, and the owners are incredibly friendly. The food is delicious, making it definitely worth a visit. The egg dishes are particularly diverse. Unfortunately, the photos I took turned out quite blurry.

We were visiting from Pennsylvania and took our comfort burgers and fries with comfort sauce all the way to the Portland Head Light. We ate our fries along the way so we could enjoy them crispy. We have never had such a delicious vegan burger and fries before. I mourn the fact that we live so far away and can’t eat here all the time!
Fantastic comfort food and ice cream! I came here with a few friends who eat everything, and they loved it as well, even though they're usually quite picky.
Everything was fantastic, delicious and vegan! Everyone in our party loved their food and we can’t wait to go back again. We drive quite a distance just to go to this great place. We were so full from the generous servings, we couldn’t eat the ice cream too. Next time it’s ice cream first! Our friends went for the ice cream and declared it “the best”.
