Was Glen Shaw at Shell a mag?

Shame... Visited 4th Shell in Edinburgh and again the air machine is out of service? Really? Why? It's 6.5 degree's outside. I am extremely disappointed.. The question is what should drivers do? It's all about the safety.. View all feedback.

Went for fuel @17:00 at shell toll gorebridge the gentleman if you want to call him that (person) that was on has no Customer service at all, to busy on his phone, watching something, I am surprised that he can use the till as does not even lift his head to acknowledge you. This is not the first time this has happened. A please and thank you goes a long way. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
