Tucked away off Pacific Highway, Pottery Green is a popular meeting place with great cakes, coffee and teas. Can be a bit noisy but it all adds to the atmosphere. View all feedback.

The first time I went here I had the most delicious warm duck salad. It was fabulous and worth coming just for that. The second time I had the smashed avo, tomato, feta and poached egg on toast. Again, it was wonderful. Today I came for the third time and I think the spell broke. I had the smashed avo again, but this time without the egg. It was disappointing really. There was no seasoning or olive oil or lemon juice... View all feedback.
Great decor, great service, and great food. Love a place that allows flexibility in food options and don't charge like wounded bulls for it.

Again, it was wonderful. Today I came for the third time and I think the spell broke. I had the smashed avo again, but this time without the egg. It was disappointing really. There was no seasoning or olive oil or lemon juice in the avo. It simply tasted a very different dish. 2/3 isn't bad but the next few times I come will decide whether or not I keep going.
It's like they are trying too hard. Things that work else where are over complications. Coffee is ok. Not great. Staff try but like the decor seem mostly direction less. It's good but could be great

We are inner city people (Balmain) who have just made the move to the upper north shore. We came across Pottery Green and are so thankful for this place. Love everything about this place- decor, service, coffee and the food is wonderful. It is our local 'go to place' . They will happily accomodate children and do not feel the need to be 'cool' to impress. Our inner city friends, when they visit the area, come to this place. I just wish they opened for dinner!
