Goon Wah Chinese Restaurant

Thank you Trip Advisor for putting us into this fab little restaurant!! Would never occur to eat in an out of the way shopping centre and at first glance I thought oh oh!! On a stinking hot day (38deg at 6pm) walking into this air conditioned clean as a whistle place was so refreshing!! The table service is fast and friendly and the food... THE FOOD!!! Was to die for!! We got combo chow mien and a bbq pork dish with a fried rice and licked the plates clean... What a gem of a place and I give it 10/10

We ate here while travelling as it was convenient to our accommodation. Loads of choice on the menu, and our meal came almost immediately as they had a bain marie with many options, adjacent to the restaurant where takeaway food was served. Turnover was constant so food was fresh.

If you're in the area and feeling too lazy to cook, this Chinese restaurant is a fantastic takeout option (they also have seating available for dining in)!

Service friendly, prompt service and meal delivery, a very popular venue with locals and visitors. Food was fresh and succulent.

The meat cuts of the Cantonese Beef have deteriorated into chunks of beef off cuts and hard to cut and swallow. This place is take away complacent and needs to lift its game FULL TIME.
