The inside the floors are about... read more We do come here once a month usually. The complaint I've got is the parking lot is always 25% littered with paper, cups, straws. The inside the floors are about 15% dirty, dark smudges and corners are very dark. The kitchen appears to be well stocked and cleaner then the dining area. The person that served us seemed a bit tired looking. Just trying to give helpful review on the three needed improvements. This location is right off the freeway and it is pretty busy but we didn't have to wait very long to place our order.

Asked for a meal with no drink, the cashier said fine, then they charged me $1 for a small drink. I didn't notice until I had already paid, and I was working so... read more Asked for a meal with no drink, the cashier said fine, then they charged me $1 for a small drink. I didn't notice until I had already paid, and I was working so I had to go. If I had wanted them to refund me the dollar it would have taken so long the food would have been cold. The cashier clearly understood that he had mischarged me $1, but did not offer me the opportunity for a refund of the $1. He finished the transaction and walked away. The amount of $1 is not that big of a deal, but the principal of not caring about the customer is such that I will not return to this Wendy's location again.

Doesn't greet/say anything at all at window. Just gives the bag of food. No hello, thank you, you're welcome or anything. Even after telling her to have a good day and thanks. I can hear all that screaming through the microphone when ordering so it makes no sense unless you're trying to go out of business.
