The cashier seemed to realize he had overcharged me but didn’t offer to refund the dollar or rectify the situation. He simply completed the transaction and walked away. While a dollar may not seem like a lot, it’s really about the lack of customer care that left a negative impression on me. Because of this, I doubt I’ll return to this Wendy's location again.

Inside, the floors were approximately 15% dirty, with dark stains and dim corners. While the kitchen appeared well-stocked and clean, the exit area could use some attention. The staff member who served us seemed a bit worn out. Overall, I would suggest focusing on three key improvements: maintaining cleaner parking and dining areas, enhancing staff morale, and ensuring attention to detail throughout the restaurant. This location is conveniently situated right across from the highway and tends to be busy, but we didn't have to wait long to place our order.

I didn't notice until I had already paid, and I was working so... read more Asked for a meal with no drink, the cashier said fine, then they charged me $1 for a small drink. I didn't notice until I had already paid, and I was working so I had to go. If I had wanted them to refund me the dollar it would have taken so long thefood would have been cold. The cashier clearly understood that he had mischarged me $1, but did not offer me the opportunity fora refund of the $1. He finished the transaction and walked away. The amount of $1 is not that big of a deal, but the principalof not caring about the customer is such that I will not return to this Wendy's location again.

Even after telling her to have a good day and thanks. I can hear all that screaming through the microphone when ordering so it makesno sense unless you're trying to go out of business.
