After calling two Subway locations that both declined my request for a sandwich platter, I contacted this location. They promptly prepared the platter for me. I'm very thankful for their assistance and compassion during this difficult time.

After our sandwiches were prepared, we decided to sit in the lobby for soda refills. However, a staff member came out and informed us that we needed to leave because the lobby closes at 8:30 PM. We pointed out that it was only 8:02 PM, but she insisted that it actually closes at 8:00 PM and that we had to go. The management really needs to address this issue.

After just 10 minutes, I checked the website, but it still said “order received.” I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes, checking every 10 minutes, and it still hadn’t changed. When I walked in to inquire about my sandwiches, I noticed there were no other customers ordering food. The staff simply pointed me toward the delivery service. Eventually, the website still showed “order received,” and I was left with soggy, cold sandwiches that cost over $20. I’m extremely disappointed with the service, and I won’t be coming back.
