We got here about an hour and a half before it closed we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely good. The gripes I have is that we ask... read more We got here about an hour and a half before it closed we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely good. The gripes I have is that we asked for a medium burger we got a well done burger. we also were never gave anymorefries once we finished ours. I know that isn't a big deal, but that's why we love the bottomless side aspect of Red Robin.

I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to order at a kiosk, but the waiter soon came over to help us.

It?s cheaper and with the drink and a good curlyfries.

She came back and took out food order and... read more We arrived and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress took our drink order and they were brought out quickly. She came back and took out food order and that also was brought out fairly quickly. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it. After we received our order though our waitress never came back to our table. We weren't able to get refills on our drinks ororder more fries. I don't know how the service went from really good to non existent.
