Was one of the longest wait times ever 15 minutes and I was the second car. Also noticed a car pulled up to the drive thru and talked and left. I also asked for a sauce and none was in the bag. Sadly at this rate they will lose many customers and theywill not be sustainable.
Relative to what Arby?s is and promises to deliver, this location did a tremendous job! Courteous and enjoyable service, speed, and clean environment. Great reflection of the brand!
Staff was not very friendly and made rude comments about other customers as they walked away. They all seemed to hate their job. Food was the usual but they didn't bring part of my order so I had to go ask for it, knowing I was the target of the staffs nextcomment which I was along with an eye roll of as soon as I asked to get what I ordered.
This Arby’s did in fact NOT have the meats. They ran out of roast beef. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Had to one star with 5 star service... Those employees were doing their best, delivering disappointment with a smile ... they had so little going for them. Items out of stock, broken ice machine, broken shake machine (literally broke while they were processing our order) ... The mozzarella sticks were ok, but the rest of everything was pretty rough. I felt like they set expectations coming through the door, so I commend them and think any employer should be glad to have this team... But they didn't seem to have what they needed to accomplish their goals.
