Unfortunately, the egg wraps were... read more If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered two egg and cheese wraps, a large coffee, and some snack bacon. Unfortunately, the egg wraps were awful, and the bacon was served ice cold. When I called to express my concerns, the woman I spoke with didn’t listen and hurried me off the line. I could also hear another woman in the background telling her to hang up. I've had snack bacon many times before, and it has never been cold like this. I'm truly disappointed with the customer service at this place.

I realize that's quite a specific order, but unfortunately, they didn't get it right on several counts. Instead, I ended up with a plain iced coffee that was missing both the cold foam and the cinnamon. I didn’t bring it up at the time since I was in a rush, but I felt genuinely disappointed, especially since I had been looking forward to this drink. Overall, I usually have a lot of positive things to say about this place, but this experience left me feeling rather let down.

While the coffee can be good, the quality really depends on who makes it—it's never consistent. The food sometimes arrives hot, but that’s hit or miss. When I order iced coffee, it often tastes overly buttery and lacks sweetness. Overall, I've left feeling more disappointed than satisfied. Given the rapid growth of Goochland, I would be surprised if this location stays open with the current quality of their food and drinks.
