Whataburger - Goliad

I had the chili cheeseburger, and it was hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Definitely a home run in my opinion!

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars! Every single order was incorrect, and the food was cold. They forgot to include fries in my daughter's kids' meal, even after we specifically requested them, and when I asked why I received an 8 oz cup for my small shake—when it should be 16 oz—they replied that they had run out of the proper cups. They initially tried to convince me that the small they gave me was the correct size, but I know better! The cheese on my burger appeared to be pre-melted onto the patty, and while my burger was overloaded with lettuce, it didn’t have any pickles, which are a must! My husband's burger was drowning in onions, even though he specifically asked for them to be excluded. The service was quick, but the quality of the food was terrible. I feel like I wasted $27 because my daughter has braces and couldn’t chew the cold, stale fries. My husband avoids onions altogether!

I had another disappointing experience at a Wataburger location. I went inside to use the restroom and then approached the counter to place my order. However, after a few minutes of waiting without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave. Several employees walked by without even glancing at me. It's unfortunate, as the quality of customer service at Wataburger has been declining lately, with the exception of the Lampasas location where the staff is great.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a whatabuger. They had no cups, they had no Jr burgers and then they missed up a burger. Took it back they fixed it only to find a hair in it. Went and got my money back spoke to the manager, We couldn't eatafter that we just left hungry and sad

Great burger and awesome banana pudding shake! I had to see what the difference between the Texas NC Whataburgers were. This one is definitely more commercialized but still excellent food. Staff was friendly and food was served pretty quick.
