Starbucks - Goleta

I hadn't visited this restaurant before, but after being out for most of the day, I stopped by to use the restroom before placing my order. Unfortunately, I didn't end up ordering because the restroom was extremely dirty. Most establishments are expected to keep their bathrooms in acceptable condition, but this one clearly hasn't. The toilet was stained and appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. Because of this, I decided against ordering or even using the restroom.

I really enjoy visiting this café. The baristas are very friendly, and the lattes taste great!

Fast, friendly and accommodating. Starbucks experience varies very much according to location, but this is a good one!

They never make my drink right. I always order the same thing and this is the only place that does it wrong every single time. I've complained before but of course that only made things worse. I always order my drink with an extra shot of espresso and it always tastes like blended milk with a hint of coffee. Definitely not worth the $7. The only reason I ever go to this specific one is because it is between my home and my job. When I order the same drink at other Starbucks, it always comes out perfect. Not sure why this specific location never makes it right.
