Starbucks - Feedback

What User likes about Starbucks:
They never make my drink right. I always order the same thing and this is the only place that does it wrong every single time. I've complained before but of course that only made things worse. I always order my drink with an extra shot of espresso and it always tastes like blended milk with a hint of coffee. Definitely not worth the $7. I hadn't visited this restaurant before, but after being out for most of the day, I stopped by to use the restroom before placing my order. Unfortunately, I didn't end up ordering because the restroom was extremely dirty. Most establishments are expected to keep their bathrooms in acceptable condition, but this one clearly hasn't.
