I was a bit disappointed when they removed one of my favorite burgers from the menu, but they did make an effort to accommodate my unconventional request. I asked for a burger without the bun, served protein-style. The cashier initially thought it wasn't possible but went back to check anyway. The burger turned out to be quite good, even though I still miss the Fire Engine burger with its crispy, thin onion rings on top. What I truly appreciate about Kyle's is their commitment to the community; they donate a significant amount to worthwhile charities in Santa Barbara and Goleta. They're fantastic!

I especially appreciated the soda fountain they had. I really enjoyed the fries; they were cooked just how I like them—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with excellent seasoning. The burger was okay, but I think it could use some improvement, particularly with the patty. It was a little dry and smaller than I had expected. While the burger wasn't anything particularly special, it was still tasty. I'd definitely give them four stars if the patty were larger.

For those who don’t eat meat, they offer amazing salads—some with meat, some without. I especially love the cowboy salad. They have two locations to serve you, which is pretty convenient!

I also appreciated the option to swap the bun for a lettuce wrap. I'm excited to explore more items on their menu!
