The room itself was clean. you speculate. the flush on the toilet did not work, but this was quickly fixed when we talked to the receptor. the broochure in the... read more The room itself was clean. you speculate. the flush on the toilet did not work, but this was quickly fixed when we talked to the receptor. the broochure in the room advertised many channels in different languages and there were only 7 on the tw. the bed was very comfortable. there was aircon, but it was quite loud and stopped working as soon as they took out the key card to leave the room so that room had heated up on our return. pool was not clean, no chairs or dressing rooms or chairs to put hand towels down, the charge of restaurant table and chairs around the pool. the spa was full of young children with rubber rings that use it like a swimming pool, very small area. the private beach area' was not really private and incomplete at the time we stayed. the breakfast was quite good and included in the price of the room. it included a lot of cake, baked, cooked eggs, brot, salat, ham and cheese. the foods ran out quite quickly and were refilled by the workers when they could. originally there was no coffee available, but it finally made one appear at the end of our breakfast. the prices in the restaurant for dinner are very expensive. they put traditional live music on Saturday night. Overall, this is the poorest 5* hotel in which I have ever stayed, maybe 5* for Albanian standards, and I think it's expensive to reflect that. there were more negative than positive and we unfortunately let us feel disappointed.

Fo... read more This hotel is an absolute gem and we will definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to Albania. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Food was incredible. Fresh veg and fruit with variety of meat dishes and lovely deserts. We boarded all inclusive and we were very pleased with selection of drinks available to us. Bar is open from 10 am till 11pm. My only suggestion would be to have diet coke available for the guests in the future. Resort is very beautiful and kept to a high standard. The beach bar and private beach are beautiful. We were very impressed with the beach bar, as it made the holiday feel rather luxurious. Staff around the resort is always smiling and makes you feel very welcome. I would like to thank people at reception for being so helpful to us by even offering use of their private phone charges which we forgot to pack. We really appreciate your kindness. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

There is a smart TV in the ro... read more The wait staff are excellent, especially Romina and the receptionists/concierges helped my friend and I book excursions and taxis. There is a smart TV in the room but it doesn’t allow you to sign into your YouTube/Netflix or to update the system as it says is needed. We can’t work out how to use the safe in the room. Staff sent someone to rectify these problems but nobody came to fix the TV and the person who came to reset the safe doesn’t speak English (I don’t speak Albanian so who am I to say anything about that). So at the moment we still don’t have use of the safe. There’s a wide selection of food on offer. 3 meals a day with snacks in between lunch and dinner with something for everyone. All in all my friend and I are enjoying ourselves, the hotel looks beautiful, modern, calming and is kept clean Should anything change, I’ll edit my post.
