Ordered a venti Pike Place. Received a grande. I asked the barista, is this a venti? She said no and argued that I ordered a grande. She wasn’t even the barista to take my order so it was rude for starters, but I definitely ordered and paid for a venti. I was so put off by her rude response that I just left. This branch used to fix things, not argue. View all feedback.
I've seen some changes in the service, and that's good. There are some workers there that know who we are because we go there daily. They have always been kind and courteous to us and for that we are grateful.

Anytime I get a venti shaken espresso it’s either not filled up all the way, or completely full of ice. Seems like they just add extra ice to “fill” it up…
Absolutely rude to customers make you feel like you are bothering them to do their job. First of all service was horrible. I placed a moble order in advance I get there 4 mins before it goes off and told me I have to wait well if in waiting in line by tye time I get up it'll be that time. Just do your job the customers are paying not you.
Waited 20 min for my drink. The place was packed inside but drive through was strolling right on. After about 17 min I asked the barista about my order as I had been waiting close to 17 min but drive through was not waiting. With an a filed an incident report. And i said I didn’t want to talk to him as he was rude for no reason. Only then he said sorry. to wait although I see drive through rolling on. At about 20 min I ask the cashier for a refund and he was extremely rude! He said “everyone is waiting” and as I say we’ll DT is not he RAISED his voice and said “ok I’m fixing it” and after I said “sir I’m not raising my voice there is no reason for you for talk to me that way” his reply is “well you’re making me nervous”! THAT to me was him excusing himself. He NEVER offered an apology. Once I left I called to speak to the manager and John, the cashier who was rude for no reason, knew exactly who I was. He said he was the manager on duty and i had to ask him several times for the store managers name as he was adamant he had already
