Papa Johns Pizza - Goldsboro

Love the pizza chz bread but each time I’ve ordered from Papa John’s they always forget my ranch I order multiple condiment cups of ranch they say it’s in the box and i trust them but it’s getting annoying especially when you’re like me and you love ranch with pizza please stop forgetting the sauce Papa John’s

I place my order online and within about 10 minutes I got a notification saying that my order was on the way. When I received my order my pizza was not done, and my papadia had unmelted cheese coming out of it and was not done. I called the store and spoke with a young lady who gave me a manager. The manager would not give me his name but he sounded like a young black male. I have no idea what the man's name is. I told him the issues with my food and asked him to resend my order because I had ordered the food so I would have to cook dinner for my children. In so many words The man says to me that he cannot resend my order because that is not what they do and that in the three years that he had been working there it had never happened so basically he didn't believe me. I told him that I would take a picture of the food and send it to him so that he could see it for himself and that they could come and pick this food up and deliver me cooked food. And after a heated debate between myself and the manager he finally said with an attitude okay I will resend the order and hung up the phone on me. I didn't call back to tell them never mind because I feel like there is a lesson to be learned here. But I'm not even sure at this point that I still want the food because I don't want them to do anything to it because they are mad that they have to redeliver what they didn't do right the first time. I know you guys get this grown complaints all of the time but that is not the case I am just a mother who did not feel like cooking dinner and ordered Papa John's. I had been ordering Papa John's for a long time and this has not happened but since it did I expected him to fix it and he gave me attitude instead. I hope that someone addresses this issue because at this point I'm sure that they will remember my name and I won't feel comfortable ordering Papa John's from there anymore. Like the papa Dias cheese burger pizza the time defore last missing the sauce this time bread cooked to hard .

Ordered $69 worth of pizza through the Papa John's app and they had a door dash driver deliver it. I get that they're busy but they forgot half my order the dasher was very apologetic and called the location to let them know and they told her that they would not remake the pizza. This is outlandish and theft I will be taking this issue up with cooperate. Poor management and care for the customer.
