Hardee's - Goldsboro

The service was terrible. The shift leader was very rude and wanted to charge me for something that was their mistake after I repeatedly asked at the drive through while placing order and again at the window before paying. Once I told her I wasn't charging my card for 2.00 she almost threw my drink and said she hopes I can live with taking something for nothing without paying after I had already paid 10.00 for the two meals. The shift leader was an elderly lady. I informed her I could live with it because I did no wrong and I would be contacting the store manager in Friday Aug 2nd,2019. The whole incident was recorded by my son without my knowledge. In case she says she wasn't rude. I will not be going back there. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE

This restaurant is great. The manager here makes sure that the long straws fit the large drinks, unlike other places that don't provide them for the drive-thru. How are you supposed to put an 8-inch straw into an 8-inch cup and drink? It's just silly.

I enjoy dining at this restaurant, but I have experienced some frustration with the way they sometimes mix up their burgers, hot ham and cheese, and pancakes. The staff could work on being more friendly and the bathrooms could be cleaned more regularly. The location is convenient and well-designed. I visited again on Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful and helpful staff. The food was well-prepared and served in a box, which made it difficult to mix.

The personal was nice and the restaurant, including toilet, was clean. eating was not bad, the burger was too hard on the seasoned and the tomatoes were not good. the halat was a sweat (eisbergsalat, 2 tomato slices and a bit shredded cheese), but the ranch was decent. I ordered the all natural burger on freshly baked bun.
