Waitress got mad because I didn't request a two tacos plate. I ordered only 2 tacos. Waitress even ignored when I requested a drink refill.

I ordered the lunch chi... read more The meals arrived in a reasonable time, but then our waiter returned to ask if my wife had ordered the Mexican pizza or a Mexican salad. I ordered the lunch chicken salad, which was just $1 cheaper than the dinner version of the same salad, while my wife had their version of the Mexican pizza. My salad came with a lot more chicken, but honestly, the salad itself wasn't very appetizing. The chicken was thin and overcooked, and there wasn't much lettuce. My wife said her Mexican pizza didn’t even seem to have a bottom crust—just a pile of ingredients with a burnt crust on top. It was the saddest-looking Mexican pizza I’ve ever seen! After finishing our meals, we waited—and waited—and waited—for our bill. Eventually, we had to flag down our waiter to get it. We then waited even longer for him to come back and forth a dozen times before I finally had to hold up the bill booklet with my debit card to get his attention so we could pay and finally leave. When we got the final bill, we noticed they added yet another fee for using a card—about $1. Given the long wait times for entry, our food, and the bill, I'd estimate we spent about three times longer there than we did actually eating. I cannot recommend this place. I don’t think our meals were worth the $30 we paid. It seems to me that they are struggling and might be on the verge of going under. The restaurant is older, with worn-out seating that lacks support, and the menus are aged and tattered. The overall atmosphere is just sad.
