I visited the restaurant on a Thursday afternoon and the drive-thru line was long, as well as the line inside. The staff was working hard to keep up with the orders. Would be nice if they had proper hours. I understand staffing is tough but there has to be something they can do about hours in app/on google. Come here multiple times while it’s said the store js open but they aren’t. View all feedback.
Clean BK I have ever visited! Friendly and fast I would go back. They even make half and half fries and onion rings, made my day king of Burgers!
Probably the best Burger King in the state, the food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly and patient friendly young people
I was in the middle of the day on a Thursday when the journey through the line was several cars long and the line of people in the lobby. They were fully occupied and worked very hard to fill orders. The woman in the register was very friendly and my food was made in a reasonable time considering the number of people there. For quality for the burgers was also great. I have the Rodeo-Burger, Speck-Käse-Burger and Whopper Junior. They did not sneak on ingredients and the food was made with care. Much better than I usually than McDonald's!
On the few occasions I stopped at this point, the restaurant was clean and the staff served us immediately. The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. Compared to McDonald’s, Burger King Essen usually has higher protein content, lower fat and less artificial ingredients.
I like BK, but my last visit was met with staff who legitimately looked like they dispised being there and the customers. I always take this in stride, but it's a little disheartening. I'm sure it's not the customers, perhaps management or pay. I'm not sure, but the food was still good. I don't think that's enough, though.
