Was in the drive-thru behind someone, after a few minutes they sped off. I get to the window and the woman said it would just be a second she was busy with her schedule? After 5 minutes I also left. Don’t waste your time going to this location, much better service at the Mast Rd location

After being at the counter for 15 minutes and the cashier taking over a dozen orders at the drive through, when I was told it may be a minute before she could take my order, I asked if she was still planning to take my order, she said I have to take drive through first…. UNTIL THERE ARE NO CARS??? Three other customers came in and left after being ignored at around 5 orders 8 orders and 12 orders! Great job at discouraging return customers.
Don’t go here unless you plan on waiting a long time (20+ mins)
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state. I stood in line for five minutes didn’t get any service and left. I would recommend going down the road to Bedford.
