every time I go there, I get good service. I often see that customers even tho them run around to work their a off, I feel bad ... the girls who work there look sooo good sometimes I go there on purpose when you know what I mean (I'm divorced, no worries) anyway, overall big dunks!!!! What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
This restaurant is terrible, no matter who is in charge. I've noticed three different managers come and go, but they still can't get my order right. For the past three weeks, I have ordered a signature salted caramel latte, but each time I receive a regular latte with full milk or ice cream and no caramel or whipped cream. I visited the restaurant on Saturday, 9/24 at 4:15am only to find that no one was in the store despite the website stating it opens at 4am. I returned on 9/26 at 4am and found all the lights off. When I entered at 4:10am, I was told by two employees that they were not open yet because they are new. This is not the first time I have experienced late opening or no shows at this location. The service is very slow or poor. I have been a loyal Dunkin' customer for over 30 years and I expect better from this store. Please do better.
It takes 5 minutes at 6am for one of the three people working every morning at this restaurant. I am about to stop coming here because they make you wait longer than necessary.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have never had a positive experience at this place. I will not be returning.
I'm not sure who owns this Dunkin' franchise, but they seriously need to reevaluate their management. This location is incredibly disorganized and hands down the worst Dunkin' I've been to. Perhaps the franchise owner should consider putting in more hours or consider letting go of this failing location.
This Dunkin' location is the worst I have ever visited. It is dirty, the staff is very rude, and they close the drive-thru for no apparent reason.
