I had the grill fish. the day with potatoes and freshly sawed spinach. everything was nicely prepared. not fussy only simple ingredients. casual atmosphere. was very accommodating for our English-speaking self. menu was easy to read and waitress was most helpful. we could walk early on Sunday night. beautiful outside area too.

Had a lovely Rose wine and our starter was the bruschetta with tomatoes to share. My husband had the veal scallopini with potatoes and fresh sauteed spinach. I had the grill fish...of the day with potatoes and fresh sauteed spinach. All was nicely prepared. Not fussy just simple ingredients. Casual atmosphere. Was very accommodating to our English speaking selves. Menu was easy to read and waitress was most helpful. We were able to walk in early on a Sunday evening. Lovely outdoor space as well.

Die Garnelenschwänze vom Grill schmeckten nach gar nichts, die Kartoffeln waren total verkocht... read more Die Vorspeise war ok, die Hauptspeisen waren alles andere als ok. Die Garnelenschwänze vom Grill schmeckten nach gar nichts, die Kartoffeln waren total verkocht und das Gemüse ebenfalls geschmacklos. Die Strozzapretti waren so scharf, das konnte man nicht essen - und wir essen gerne gut gewürzt. Beim Abräumen und unserer entsprechenden Reklamation bezüglich der Garnelen und der Strozzapretti ging man gar nicht darauf ein, sondern machte eher noch flapsige Sprüche "Ja, das ist halt eben sehr scharf" - und "Ah, nur durchschnittlich die Garnelen". Selbstverständlich kaum auch kein Chef oder kein Koch vorbei, um das zu klären, sondern es wurde einfach ignoriert. Sowas ist uns bisher in keinem Restaurant passiert - das Trovado ist für uns gestorben.
