From the beer garden outside to the beautifully styled English style rooms this restaurant has allot to offer. There is even a general store in the back that sells 100% Organic products. Most of all, come eat there food! I had a chicken baked salad Backhendl Salat and as the owner advised we dont use a deep fryer you will actually taste that they dont!

Very old fashioned, kids playing all around,cats entertaining and p... read more We ate here our first night in the area. Had a lovely old world Austrian meal in the garden. Very old fashioned, kids playing all around,cats entertaining and please check out their flower garden. Wait staff were most accommodating and helpful. Noticed whom we thought may be the owner picking fresh lettuce. Had a great selection of wines. We had a yummy fresh salad and shared a hearty serving of Kasspatzle. Local flavor at its best!

They did a great job of fixing a meal I could eat and so I took a friend back on the third night of my stay. By coincidence we went here for lunch on the next day our final stay in the city. The food was always excellent and it had a natural flair to it with fairly healthful offerings and they did a great job of providing me gluten free offerings.
