I came to Germany about a year ago, and I ate at many places, but this restaurant is really as delicious as the ones in Turkey. The Beyti sarma is amazing. I recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
On our first evening in Goettingen, we went in search of künefe after dinner and came across Saray Imbiss. Unfortunately, they were out of künefe, but the place smelled so irresistible that, despite not being hungry, my daughter decided to try the tripe soup and the head-and-foot soup. She and my husband must have enjoyed them immensely, as they were keen to return. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between friendly and professional, and the service was fast and attentive offering hearty portions and dishes prepared with clearly fresh and carefully selected ingredients. It’s a place where you instantly feel welcomed and well looked after. We went back the following day for brunch. As it is a truly authentic kebab restaurant, we wanted to sample everything – although of course one can only eat so much. : We ordered Adana kebab, a köfte platter, lamb chops, işkembe+kelle paça mixed soup, vegetarian gözleme, and baklava. Portions Including the tea, everything was spot on in terms of flavour, texture, aroma, cooking, ingredients and overall quality. The lamb chops, in particular, were well-cooked, wonderfully flavoured and beautifully tender. On the final day of our 10-day tour of Europe, we were delighted to discover such a genuinely authentic Antep and Urfa kitchen, prepared with such care. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: I cannot consume cheese, tomatoes and pepper but I found plenty of choices without these ingredients
