I had a plate of humus and c... read more A nice place for a lunch next to the botanical garden. It's slightly hidden away from the bigger streets which makes it quite cozy. I had a plate of humus and cinnamon tea which was really good. Really fast and service minded staff with good prices to. I can recommend a visit if you are nearby.

It has been here for about three years whereas the botanical gardens themselves have been here since 1736, a green oasis in the city centre. In the cafe, you can also sit outside near the city-wall of Göttingen. Persian food and drink is available here. The atmosphere is cosy with a candle burning on the tables. You can read a paper here, prepare for a university exam or you can just chill out. Ah, the chai teas and chai lattes are nice.
