Maybe you can think about shortening the whole thing a little 6 hours. It's very short. I look forward to this event every year. The wine bar is cozy and the wines and the food are really good, especially cashiers in the foliage, Schwäbisch-Hällesches Landschwein, as well as Spätzle with a delicious cream/peffer sauce.
