Excellent experience. The food was very good, both in the kitchen and in the pizzeria. Recommended.
Everything was good, compliments to both the chef and the pizza chef. I recommend both the pizza and the food. Last Saturday I had an excellent dessert, a revisited brownie with banana ice cream. Laura is crazy about the Io e Vale pizza. The staff is knowledgeable and very polite.

We stumbled in on a busy night but they still managed to get us a table for two. The pizzas were the best we've had in Salice Terme, we got a nice bottle of prosecco for a cheap dime and the fruit salad dessert with caramelized topping were amazing. The atmosphere also felt genuine Italian and the staff were helpful and attentive.
An anonimous place, long service, quiete good the fried vegetables, the TV on with the football I think was not a good idea... sorry... nothing to remember...
Io Vale is a nice restaurant/pizzeria in the center of Salice. No complicated but good food, great pizzas but also excelente normal dishes. Very nice terrace with view on the Salice park. Nice and eficiente servisse. Open whole year.
I travelled to Salice Terme earlier this year and stumbled upon Io e Vale. The food was amazing and service was also very good. Price-wise, it was pretty much decent for what we had. It was a really pleasant experience overall and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who plan to travel to Salice Terme.

Restaurant and pizzeria among the most famous and frequented of thermal salt, with parking and outdoor terrace. I recommend the restaurant that thanks to the cook very good and appreciated, will allow you to enjoy high-quality dishes and great quality. I personally recommend the crust octopus with a burrata bed, as an appetizer and as according to the mixed fried or chicken roll, but also angus steak. excellent wines, here you go to go to goti, I bet on the vermentino di sardegna, really good. So many desserts, I'd think of the baked cream or brownes. super recommended.

Good food prices. but 10 stars go for caterpillars who served us at table 14 on October 3 great professionalism, very kind. What I haven't seen for years. also julia same judgment. Congratulations.
