The service is amazing and super friedly and the put the same amount of work in the first dish they make as they will the last dish they make. And the food is absolutely incredible. As someone who eats and reviews many sushi restaurants I can say that west sushi puts the most effort and care and flavor into every meal they surve. My suggestions to anybody considering this restaurant my favorites I feel you should try are The Black Dragon rolls, The ultimate spicy samon rolls , the FREE meso soup, And the sea weed salad. So please PLEASE try out this amazing sushi and Japanese food restaurant. I guarantee you will not regret it.

The ratio of fish to mayonnaise is also unbalanced, with too much mayonnaise. Additionally, the sushi is served with Chinese soy sauce, which is saltier and not the best match for sushi. On top of that, the price is quite high at $13.95 before tax.
