The ratio of fish to mayonnaise is also unbalanced, with too much mayonnaise. Additionally, the sushi is served with Chinese soy sauce, which is saltier and not the best match for sushi. On top of that, the price is quite high at $13.95 before tax.

I was really looking forward to enjoying sushi again after not having it for a while, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is managed by a delightful couple who are doing an excellent job. I tried a couple of different rolls and a vegetable udon, and as a vegetarian, I was pleased to see that they not only offered vegetarian options but also had their own delicious vegetarian creations. I would highly recommend West Sushi to anyone who is in the area or lives nearby.

Sushi was delicious; we come often for take-out which has always been great too. Really nice to eat in for a change and try more menu items. Will definitely come back soon!
