Pita Pit - Goderich
Pita Pit
Description
Pita Pit has garnered a wide array of customer feedback, highlighting both promising potential and notable pitfalls. While some patrons enjoyed quick service and delicious offerings, including gluten-free pita options, others faced disappointments due to limited menu choices late in the evening, service inconsistencies, and less-than-ideal portion sizes. The atmosphere appears clean and inviting, with friendly staff making a positive impression. However, the restaurant's operational hiccups, including a broken toaster and skewed ingredient portions, dampen the overall dining experience. As reviews illustrate, while some leave satisfied, others find reason to reconsider their next visit.

After eating so much fried food in Goderich, it was nice to finally get a pita with salads and chicken. (Just don't get your falafel here)
First time at Pita Pit and probably the last. The girl behind the toppings glass clearly does not like working there. Skimpy protein. Ask for a little lettuce you still get a handful. The pita was mangled before the ingredients were added. Sorry I lefta tip!
The restaurant's location isn't the best, but there was convenient parking right in front, which was a definite plus. The place was very clean and had a nice aroma, and the young woman at the counter was well-dressed. The service was prompt; she was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. My only issue is that I wish I had ordered a bigger portion.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was 8:40 PM, and although they are supposed to close at 9:00 PM, they had run out of almost everything except for one option. To make matters worse, they informed me that their toaster was broken. I find it hard to believe that a toaster could be out of service at a place like Pita Pit. It seemed to me that they simply didn’t want to heat up my pita, likely due to the extra cleanup it would require. Overall, my experience at this location was quite unsatisfactory, and I regret to say that I won’t be returning.
