My food was great, it was made just how I like it. There has be a huge improvement in this store from the way it used to be years ago. Parking: Nice large parking lot. Arrived at 7p.m. for a quick dinner after a very long day at medical appointments. My order was cold. We are patient folks and understand new staff needing to learn, but the 6 folks behind the counter were more than loud. They were arguing and yelling. My husband yelled twice to get them to quiet down. Not a peaceful pleasant experience. This level of noise is unnecessary and this staff was behaving like 6year Olds.... View all feedback.

Decided to try the new "Build-A-Bowl" and it was very good. Had it with the grilled chicken on rice with all the fixins and the addition of guac and the other new toppings made it tasty and healthy. Recommend trying it out.
Prefer flame broiled over other burger joints if that's what I'm going for, decided to stop in on way through. For $7 I got two original burgers and a drink, can't beat the price. Plus topped the way you want. I'll be back.
We often stop here while in Goderich. I always get the same thing, the veggie burger. It's my favourite of any I've had. The service is fast and it's good value.
I LOVE Harveys everywhere, and I especially like their veggie burgers over almost anywhere else. That's what I ordered, after eating a bite I thought it tasted like beef/meat, I took it back up and the girl had a veggie burger in her hands, and noticed no one was waiting for food. I was eating beef. Got it quickly exchanged and on my way. Other than that the food was still good and priced fair.
Harvey's is Harvey's but have a lot of staff changes with inexperienced staff who unfortunately make more mistakes than they should. Food is always good when it gets to you. Not a very clean restaurant. Always has food on floor under tables which requires a little extra attention.

3rd time lately thar our burgers were barely warm and the fries were cold, at dinner rush??
They forgot 2 out of the 5 items from my last drive thru order. This seems to be a common occurrence at this location, usually i catch it before leaving. Always check your bag before you leave. Do better harvey's staff.
Mobile ordered. The order was correct but overcooked. Woman at drivethru appeared distracted/inattentive.

The service was great, they managed to crank out several orders even though the line was out the door. The noise wasn 't great, but that should have been expected because the line was out the door. The food was delicious,I especially love the chicken wrap ,it was a it cold but well made you may find it weird but I loved dipping some of the wrap in swiss chalet 's one of a kind chalet sauce, I find that it goes well with everything. They did not seat you via waiter like an average Swiss Chalet but it was more themed like the Harvey 's it was combined with and there was no waiters.
The service and food at this Harvey's location are truly amazing! It is life-changingly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to any burger lover.
CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. Friendly staff, great service and hands-on management. Owners have also been in often when I have gone in and you know a restaurant has good owners when they jump in and help when there is a rush. Customer service and food quality is the absolute priority here and you can really feel that each and every time you visit. Will be back often and recommend to friends.
Very poor. Have visited 3 times in 2 months. They have yet to get not only my order correct but complete. I have started taking it apart right there and checking. Today was no apple pie. Tried to give me 3 Harvey's pies, which are selling 2/$1.99 instead of 3 slices I paid $12.75 for.
