Contribute FeedbackBoston Pizza offers a family-priced meal with fresh and hot food but struggles with long wait times, incorrect orders, and inattentive management. The menu is unremarkable with average pub-style dishes. Service can be hit-or-miss, with some good experiences and some bland or overpriced options. Inconsistent service at other locations makes the Goderich branch a pleasant surprise. While there are some food quality and service issues, Boston Pizza remains a reliable choice for those looking for a consistent dining experience. Being a chain restaurant, it offers the familiarity and convenience that many diners appreciate.
We had a lovely Salad on the patio. Service was excellent. Nice to be able to have the option to sit outside in the summer
After a day at the beach we wanted a nice family-priced meal so we decided on BP. We've been to many BPs but likely won't return here. We waited for our meal a really, really, really long time for them to only send out the wrong sized pizza and this pizza was missing ingredients. We were told the kitchen was swamped but half of the restaurant was empty. The manager never left the QA area to check on guests. The upside was that the food was fresh and hot and our server was pleasantly attentive. Another observation was that a couple of servers and hostesses were somewhat inappropriately dressed. Yoga pants are one thing, but half see-through pants aren't really appropriate at a BP.
Pizza plus so much on the menu. Something for everyone. They also serve pasta, wings steak and vegetarian meals
Got a corner booth in the dining room, it was nice, but a slight cool. Ordered a Belgian Moon draught (very tasty), wife ordered virgin ceaser. Ordered the calamari and a ceaser salad to start (came within 5 minutes!, was very good but it has some snap to it!(calamari, I liked the spice..wife, not so much). We both ordered the pepperoni and bacon pizza burger with fries, was pretty good. All in all a good night, good food and good service.
I will start by saying I avoid chain restaurants, preferring a menu with a little more creativity and focus on fresh, homemade dishes.Ate lunch here at the request of a friend. Haven't been in a Boston Pizza in years ... not much has changed since my last visit! The menu - unremarkable. Typical pub grub style of food.We both chose items from their $10 lunch menu. An affordable lunch is never a bad thing! The food was good but not anything to rave about or rush back for. Our server was attentive and funny - he deserves five stars. Otherwise, it was exactly the kind of experience anticipated - just ok.
