I went for lunch a few days ago and I was disgusted by the food, I ordered a huancaína potato and a lomo saltado, it was the worst huancaína potato I had ever eaten in my life, they brought it to me hot, steaming hot, some potatoes were missing cooking, without lettuce or olives, or egg, its texture and flavor was like chicken chili, the lomo saltado was very dry and did not have that characteristic flavor of the mea...
