The dish was filled with large, burning chunks of undercooked ginger, tough and dry beef, and slimy vegetables in a lackluster sauce. The Young Chow Rice, which used to be a favorite of mine, now tastes like bland, microwavable sachet rice with undercooked, lumpy grains and flavorless bits of chicken, meat, and tiny shrimp. It was truly terrible. Even my husband, who usually eats anything, was not interested in trying anything from our order this time. As a last resort, I ordered some Crispy Won Tons, which turned out to be stale and chewy from being refried from a previous day. This will be our last order from Wok Express - it's just not worth the money.
