Despite it being busy, my food arrived at the table only 10 minutes after placing my order. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were fresh and tasty.

We had made a reservation and upon arrival, we were able to choose our table. The service was very attentive and polite, with no rush or pressure. The waitress provided excellent recommendations. The tea was hot and the pot served three cups. The pancakes were fluffy, hot, and beautifully presented. Note: the portions are generous. I will opt for a 3-stack next time. The lovely waitress also brought extra maple syrup. The interior maintains the industrial feel of the old warehouse building, yet it is cozy and intimate. The tables were very clean and the decor was beautiful. The prices were reasonable considering the high quality of food and service. I couldn't find any faults and will definitely return.

The chocolate brownie and caramel tart were absolutely amazing. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant is very dog friendly. I highly recommend this place.

We had a delicious lunch and were never press... read more Arranged to meet an old friend for lunch. She arrived an hour late. The staff did not hassle me and were charming. We had a delicious lunch and were never pressured to vacate the table. I was so impressed I went back the following day for a very late lunch after a busy sightseeing morning. Greeted like an old friend, again delicious lunch. This place is fantastic. If I ever come back to Gloucester I will make a beeline for Bill's
