I'm a regular customer. Good that the food is cooked to order so its always fresh. Lovely plaice and haddock too.Staff are so friendly and know their customers. Good to see this shop still uses masks and social distancing so you feel safe. View all feedback.

Today, I waited in line patiently only to be ignored while someone who arrived 10 minutes after me was served before me. When I mentioned that I was waiting, I was scolded. The customer service at this seafood restaurant is outstanding, and the quality of the delicious fish and chips is top-notch.
The restaurant used to be great, but unfortunately the service was not up to par during my recent visit. When I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing. I tried calling several times to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I was not pleased with the experience.
Usually good,but last nights was really,really poor. Spent £26 for fish that was soggy,and chips that were terribly dry. Their quality control can be up and down but after last night I won't be going back.
Usually enjoy food from here but tonight poor. Ordered a cod/ mini fish/large chips; mini fish order not shouted through to the fryer so put on late/ after the cod, hence only just cooked and luke warm after 3 min journey home. Chips undercooked/ all congealed together, not good for £15, half in bin.
