I should have gone away and left the drink to waste, but I paid irresistibly with my card. it is safe against the law not to inform customers about these things before they buy. the girl was polite, but obviously needs to continue training.

I went to use the toilet before getting a drink and was told by a man (probably the manager) that I could not use it when I was not a customer. I said I would buy something, but urgently needed the loo. I was told first, “not half an hour as I take the last time”, that I was there two days ago and that they were watching me! I have worked from home for the best part of 2 years and was not in this branch of nero for. I don't even know, at least a few years. So in the round I accused what to be the local drug dealer/Tramp!? I told him that I wasn't in there, he said again and again, I would have taken my mask away to prove that he was wrong and he just said okay and went away, no apologise for that I'm accusing to be gott knows what! apropos! could not rate zero star or I would have!

When I asked for the order to b... read more The drink was only half full and one of the drinks was incorrect (a milk and saw drink). It made me feel uncomfortable and sick. When I asked for the order to be corrected, the staff had a rude attitude and seemed annoyed. They kept asking about the missing drink instead of fixing both drinks. Even when the first replacement drink was also wrong.
