Love this Wawa. After my negative experience with the new Wawa on Rt. 130, I will be sticking to this Wawa. Everybody here is always so friendly and kind, and are always making me feel welcome when I walk in the door. Every employee here is skilled and knowledgeable in their position and I appreciate everything they do for the customer. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wawa:
If I could evaluate these negative stars, I would. My family and I ordered food and the women make it was very bad. All the time she gave us a dirty look. When we got our stuff, she didn't put the food in a bag, but a previous order in one and our smoothies were not filled. When we left, she gave an rude comment about my family and I waited for the customer behind us for her food. View all feedback.
We visited this particular Wawa, but I don't usually order from the deli. Today, however, we gave it a shot. My husband ordered a cheesesteak, which had a lot of grease, but the tortilla was so dry that it fell apart. I ordered a hoagie with extra mayo, but there was barely any on it. There was a good amount of turkey and everything tasted fresh, but the dryness really overshadowed the experience for me. I think I remember now why I don't usually order from this deli.
The answer we had for a stick of butter that was stolen from the box in the pocket that was not even glued was called. The phone call we had with me, the manager (the one with the glasses) said that he packed the product himself and said that everything was secured, which was a lie, because the bag was 't even glued on... Stickers still had the papers it came on them while the other half was on the bag. Showed managers the bag that was badly secured in person, but with this phone call I assume he is still in the dense view of the bag that was not included, and he offered the store the personal delivery of butter. Okay man, money back
Wawa is trash, do not follow directions, 2 different times I ordered a sandwich and it did not have everything I asked for, really people, they don't keep things stocked,then get a attitude when you ask for things, constantly running out of different items!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. My family and I ordered food, and the woman preparing it was very unpleasant. She constantly gave us dirty looks. When we received our order, she didn’t put our food in a bag, but instead used a bag from a previous order. Our smoothies were also not filled properly. As we were leaving, she made a rude comment about my family while we were waiting for the customer behind us to receive their food.
The food and service were both disappointing, and the staff seemed uninformed. It's not a place I would recommend, as the atmosphere was uninviting and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I definitely won't be returning.
