I understand that the food industry is struggling with staff shortages. Everyone is understaffed. However last night we saw a waitress in the station next to ours taking flawless care of tables with people at each table while my husband and I sat and waited for service, waited for drinks, waited for dirty appetizer plates that were piling up at our table to be removed, then received cold food. We took my dad for his birthday. Disappointed they were out of the lobster bisque. The food was good and service was excellent! Definitely would go back again! My dad thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed shrimp! And the cheesecake was delicious!

We really enjoyed our evening at Max’s. Daisy, our server, was awesome and the food was fantastic. It was a Friday night and there was a guitar player in the bar area, not a problem for us but something to be aware of if this bothers you.
We’ve ordered mussels in spicy red sauce for decades and it’s maintained it’s quality. Filet was tender. Chicken parm tasty and generous. Food excellent.
