I understand they were busy, but they c... read more I entered the restaurant and waited for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We eventually decided to leave. I understand they were busy, but they could at least have taken our orders and helped move things along. It's clear that both the managers and staff need to undergo retraining.

Prices at this KFC are lower than all the others for some reason but the food is always good and employees are always kind. I have to admit, the restaurant was pretty disappointing before the renovations, but if you haven’t visited lately, I definitely suggest giving it another shot.... read more I have to admit, the restaurant was pretty disappointing before the renovations, but if you haven’t visited lately, I definitely suggest giving it another shot. The food is now excellent, with a noticeable improvement in quality. The service has also gotten much better, with fantastic deals and specials on offer. Although the menu is somewhat limited, it still includes all the classic favorites. The atmosphere feels fresh and lively, creating a much more enjoyable dining experience overall.

It’s disappointing that I even have to write this review. KFC is a renowned franchise with an impressive legacy, and I can’t help but feel the Colonel would be deeply disappointed by what’s happening here.
