What Ty I dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
Honestly, this was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. It was supposed to be chicken parmesan, but it was really just macaroni and cheese with a piece of chicken on top and a little bit of marinara sauce. I wouldn't recommend it. As for the Chocolate Brownie Sundae Explosion, they just served me some brownies. View all feedback.

Went on Sunday for an early lunch before it got busy. 5 adults and one 18 month old. We were seated, got our drinks, then ordered at approximately 11:45. 2 of us had salad bar to start. Shared a few vegetawith the baby as he was hungry. Waitress came back once, I asked for extra napkins, never got them or refils on drinks. An hour passes I go to the waitress and ask where our food is, drink refils, napkins. She said a sandwhich wasnt done yet. I asked for a manager. The manager was cooking so I simply asked that the waitress bring the food that was ready so it doesnt get cold and assumed they may ne short staffed if manager is cooking. 10 more minutes pass. She comes with refils and napkins. Tells us shes sorry but one of the items we ordered they dont have..this is now 70 minutes after we ordered and a starving kid! I asked for the Manager. She wouldn't come out. Told them to cxl the order, paid what we had so far and left. Absolute worst all around customer service ever. Not even an Im sorry we suck!
Dylan was an amazing server and an absolute delight. very friendly and courteous.
The food was ok at best but what made the night for me was our server Dylan he deserves a
Excellent service tonight thank you Chef Randy for the excellent New York Strip and Bartender Kelly for drinks at the bar.
Good local American fare. Kind wait staff and food was cooked as ordered.

This chain has been on my not so great list for a number of years. It 's one of the few chains here in Gloucester County, VA. Before Covid we 'd come once-in-a-while to enjoy the salad bar but not so much the remainder of the menu. Recently I 've become even more skeptical of their food because there 's just no flavor, but they recently presented tater tots and grilled zucchini. Both are darned good. A few weeks back we visited and I ordered the fish chips. Immediately I realized the fish was frozen and in small strips like chicken fingers. Obviously it 's Gordon 's from a box. I ate one and it was horrible. Poor waitress asked if everything was ok and I didn 't hold back. She sent the manager. I discussed the problem with her and she admitted they didn 't have the wherewithal to keep fresh fish. To my thinking then it shouldn 't be on the menu. For years they never offered a decent steak; now they 're offering ribeyes and others. What took you so long? Most everything I 've tried on this menu has been other than stellar, even the ribs which are dried out and tough. Thus last visit was the worst ever. Our party of four didn 't enjoy the first thing. One had the salmon (overcooked), Philly cheesesteak with four cheeses (very salty cheeses, he couldn 't finish), mine was so bad I can 't even remember what it was except the zucchini which was overcooked. The salad bar Is what you make it which was pretty good. The 4th diner had the pot roast and he said it was all right but the waitress said there was a lot of liquid (not gravy) but when it arrived it looked very dry, overcooked and so very unappetizing. He doesn 't care for mushrooms and he diligently picked every one of those suckers out! Each of us pledged to never return to THIS restaurant.
Two words: Garden Bar! I absolutely love Ruby Tuesday's Garden Bar. Their entire menu is wonderful as well. The burgers and sliders are truly fantastic. You should definitely try their Buffalo Chicken Burger or Bacon Cheeseburger for a delicious treat. I grew up in Gloucester, and I remember when Ruby Tuesday didn't exist there. The atmosphere in this restaurant is wonderful. The large windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to fill the space. Although I haven't dined here in almost two years, I made it a point to have my last meal here before moving across the country.
I ordered from the Suffolk location, which is the closest to me, but it’s still an hour’s drive one way, so I set the pick-up time for an hour later. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready because they were busy processing a large baby shower event and were backlogged. It wasn’t a huge issue at first, but after waiting about 25 minutes, my order was handed to me without the carrot cakes. All I received was a kids’ cheeseburger meal and an apology that they were out of carrot cake. It would have been nice to be offered a complimentary drink while waiting, and even better if someone had come out to inform me that 85% of my order was unavailable before I endured such a long wait for a kids’ cheeseburger that I didn’t even take. Since it was an online order, they said they couldn’t refund me, and I was offered the chance to order something else, but I didn’t want anything different. It was incredibly disappointing that I could place an order for desserts that weren’t actually available. The manager even called the nearest restaurant, about 20 to 30 minutes away, only to find they were out of carrot cake as well. I left in tears, empty-handed. While the manager did send me a new $50 voucher, which was just $2 short of what I spent online beyond the original voucher, it didn’t account for the wasted gas or the three hours of my time. I didn’t create a scene since the manager was respectful, but it was clear that he was constrained by the company’s unhelpful policies.
Don't waste your money. We tried this a 3 years ago and it was disappointing. Try to give it another chance still disappointing... The steak was not probably cooked both times ordered it. Medium air came out well done and then came out raw.... It was the thickness of a slice of deli bologna... Both times...
I am very disappointed! We organized a birthday dinner for my mom with a large group of 20-22 people. Three of us ordered steak and scallops, but the steaks were cooked quite differently. When the waitress brought our orders, she didn’t clarify who had which steak. As a result, two of us received the wrong steaks. I sent mine back, but it still wasn’t right. While the rest of my family enjoyed their meals, I had to sit there and wait. Eventually, the third attempt was correct, but I never received an apology for the mix-up. To make matters worse, the waitress seemed to have an attitude because I sent the dish back twice. We won’t be returning anytime soon! S. Jackson

The ribs are incredible, and the salad bar was fantastic. The service was excellent, and management personally made rounds to engage with guests. Overall, a great experience at Filz Home!
I went in to pick up an order, and due to a device issue, some of our meals needed to be replaced unexpectedly. The staff I encountered, including three managers along with the bar, wait, and kitchen staff on a busy Friday night, were exceptionally attentive. They frequently checked in on me while I waited and handled the situation perfectly. I truly appreciate how well they took care of everything! Thank you, Gloucester Ruby Tuesdays!
Super place, they even changed the TV when they heard us talking about a softball game. Good food, good service. We're coming back
Salad bar was great. Service was wonderful. Kelly was fantastic the whole staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was nice to enjoy a RubyTuesdays again. I wanted to add it was nice to have a meal without attitude. Thanks Gang

The Parmesan Shrimp Pasta was quite underwhelming, to say the least. As for the Blackened Chicken Quesadilla, I have to say it was disappointing. There’s a fine line between being blackened and being burnt, and this crossed that line. There were no tomatoes, salsa, or any other toppings to enhance the dish. I've always had great experiences at Ruby T, but this felt more like something you'd expect from a drive-thru.
The baked potato was missing butter and sour cream, which was disappointing. The fish was excellent, and the broccoli was fantastic, but the dry potato really brought the meal down.
I asked for a side of broccoli with my ribs and they shoved my baked potato and broccoli and a full rack of ribs all in one small container. My potato is smooshed and my broccoli was all over the place.
Usually in past food has been great...this last time I got the pasta w shrimp. I dont think ive seen shrimp so small. Tasted like it came out of a can or box. The quesadillas again were not good. I know they are blackened but, this takes it to another level of burnt. No tomatoes, sour cream...wont be ordering any time soon!

This restaurant is consistently fantastic! I really enjoy the witty waitress with long hair; she always has a funny remark or two. I ordered the ribs, and they were incredibly tender, complemented perfectly by the hickory BBQ sauce, which had just the right amount of spice. My husband really enjoyed the salmon, and my kids have a great time at the salad bar. We'll definitely be returning!
Ashley was amazing! We used to visit her at the bar regularly. Please have her back behind the bar; we’ll definitely be returning to see her again!
