I ordered takeout, when I opened my chicken wings they were burnt at the bottom there were only half the wing; they were split and one had a bite out of it. they were off other people's plates! my pork strips were hard and dry. my rice was like soup. View all feedback.

Love the owner and we got our food fast and it was delicious. I've been going to the pilot house for years and will be back again!
Not just lunch! Dinner, drinks, delivery. We moved to Florida and miss the Pilot house so much. When we come back this is always where we go! Winnie and her staff/family are just the best. The wonton soup is the best anywhere! The Mai Tais are fabulous. Can't wait to get back there soon!
This place has great food. Nice people. Relaxing. Keno. Big bar. Big sit down seating area. Awesome juke box with old classic rock tunes. Great drinks. They serve all kinds of food ribs. Fish. Chinese. Home made food. Friendly staff. My go to place in Gloucester on the strip
