Never gets my ice coffee right
Only one employee wearing a hat visor No hair net or hat. Order was done incorrectly same as Eastern Ave location. How do you contact management by email? Hair should be covered handling food.Thank you.
Gloucester has the most rude greedy Dunkin donuts in Massachusetts, they won't even sell you a cup of ice or a cup of ice water, Starbucks gives out ice water and cups of ice for free cus it's just good to give back in some way cus what you give out you get back even more in return.

Sometimes, it can take a considerable amount of time to get your drink at this restaurant. You might place your order only to see the five people behind you getting their drinks first. The system for serving customers efficiently could definitely use some improvement.

This Dunkin' Donuts meets all expectations—it's clean and staffed by friendly employees. The drive-thru was quite busy, but fortunately, there was parking available at the nearby establishment.
This Dunkin' location offers the best-tasting coffee I've ever had. The service was outstanding, and it's the first Dunkin' I've visited with coffee available on tap. The menu has a great variety that complements their excellent drinks perfectly.
The worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered 6 sugars and 4 creams, but instead, I got some strange, watery layer floating on top of my coffee. It definitely wasn't cream or foam from pouring. No wonder nobody wants to pay you $15 an hour.

Faster and friendly service!
As a paying customer I don't understand why they won't let people use the restroom here
Customers are not allowed to use the public restrooms. Would have liked to wash my hands before eating. Didnt have much to offer for food anyway. Will never stop here again.
If you feel like waiting 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, this is for you.
This restaurant is truly disappointing. It's by far the worst option on the North Shore. They have consistently failed to fulfill orders accurately through their app. They often replace items with cheaper alternatives without notifying customers. They tend to forget orders and are focused on cutting costs, except when it comes to refunding dissatisfied customers. It’s evident that the owner prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and the drive-thru doesn't make up for the poor service. I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant.
