Dunkin' - Gloucester

Guy who works there never is shocked when I ask for my extra large 12 an 12 an throw in saying my diabetes in a cup ???? he always makes it perfect ???? always hope he there during days I go in early! Nothing better to start your day with a perfectcup of coffee

The food and coffee were good and met my expectations. The service was a bit slow, but they seemed to be very busy that day. The restaurant was cramped and there wasn't much space for a large group, making it feel stuffy. However, these factors were out of their control. I did have an issue with one staff member when I asked for an Uber bag and cup holder. She seemed annoyed and mentioned she had a lot of cups to do before walking away. I asked another staff member a few minutes later, and they were able to quickly provide me with what I needed, even while being busy.

I love this Dunkin' Donuts. I go there every morning for my coffee and sandwich. The girls at the front counter are very friendly and know my order almost as soon as I walk in. The person making the sandwiches is always fast and efficient. This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in Gloucester.

I wanted to enjoy my sandwich and coffee indoors, like in a typical cafe, but apparently Gloucester DD does not allow customers inside. The business seems more focused on a get your order and leave approach.

There were plenty of bagels available at 4PM, the restaurant was exceptionally clean and the iced coffee was excellent. The staff of two was very efficient. A solid five-star experience!
