They messed up my coffee order twice and even though I had already forgotten about it, they still gave me a second incorrect cup. The staff at this restaurant are well-compensated so they are always busy, resulting in a bustling atmosphere. View all feedback.
It gets two stars if you go in. You can expect to wait forever in the Drive-Thru, but rest assured in or out you are not going to get your coffee the way you ordered it, and forget customer service.
Going inside is faster than the Drive thru. Drive thru is very slow I've waited 20 min a couple times.
My favorite place for an iced coffee and if they have the donut I want I will buy it there.

Cold brew is good but the kiosk ordering really sucks. If I wanted to order that way I would have done it on my phone. No one stepped up to help me so I started using it just to have people go ahead of me in line when someone finally did step up to theregister. Kiosk ordering sucks.
