Dunkin' - Gloucester
Dunkin'
Description
At this restaurant, patrons can expect a mixed experience. While the donuts are consistently praised for being fresh and moist, long lines—particularly since the Rockport location's closure—often create traffic issues, especially during morning commutes. Many customers find the kiosk ordering system cumbersome, leading to frustration when assistance is scarce. Additionally, reports of incorrect drink orders, such as receiving caramel and milk instead of coffee, further diminish the appeal. Overall, while the quality of certain offerings shines through, the service experience and logistical challenges leave much to be desired.

Constantly forgetting parts of orders, service is always neutral at best. I advise you go inside to order so you don't have to flip back to the other side and park when they inevitably forget something.
STRAWS. Most of the straws I have received from Dunkin' Donuts have had broken tips, requiring me to either fish it out of my drink, request a new one, or have it cut my lip once. The quality of these new blue straws is extremely poor.
I ordered breakfast sandwiches without bacon, but they came with bacon. Additionally, most of the employees were not wearing hairnets or hats; one was even twirling her long hair while packing a muffin. I would like a refund so I can visit a different Dunkin' location. Thank you.
