What User doesn't like about Portikum:
fresh, homemade, high quality food, but not necessarily vegan options every day. they have arranged a small selection of things that change daily. we had lucky that they had at least one vegan cake on the day we went there, after 40 minutes drive there, although I had been more in the mood for a salty dish. they had heel and mandelmilch for coffee. There is only one lunch which is either vegetarian or vegan, so call in advance which we did. We had some good vegetable dumplings with horseradish sauce and a peace of fruit cake which was also delicious. Oat milk for the coffee was also available. Drinks are fairly cheap and food is a little pricey as it is normal for the region. Meat options in the same town are more expensive nevertheless. I'd come back, but an ensured vegan option would be nice
