Our waitress was very friendly, the food was delicious and fresh (even though we went at an odd time, too! and everything was fairly clean and nice looking. Serving sizes were decent and we were all full and happy! Will come back if we're ever back in the area.

An unexpected stop en route to Silver City, but a very pleasant dinner. I chose blackened catfish sandwich because a reviewer said it is worth dying for , it was super, the chef is talented, the hotness to go with it was just right. An earthy place, hottea served with a little basket of choices. No draft beers. I like this bistro, a shining example of doing simple thingsright.Friendly services too. In fact, we stay one night at recommendation from our waitress.
Copper Bistro. I HATE YOU! It?s 6 pm. I ate there at 2 pm and I?m still stuffed!!! In all seriousness, you are amazing and I will definitely be back. Can?t wait to be hungry again so I can air fry the rest of my leftover fried mushrooms and Frenchfries. You have the best burger I?ve eaten since I lived in Washington! Nipp?s in Longview. You are way closer now and hitthe spot just as equally. Thank you for delivering quality eats at a decent price. I will definitely be back. I didn?t catch ourservers name but she was an absolute sweetheart!
