I chose blackened catfish sandwich because a reviewer said it is worth dying for , it was super, the chef is talented, the hotness to go with it was just right. An earthy place, hottea served with a little basket of choices. No draft beers. I like this bistro, a shining example of doing simple thingsright.Friendly services too. In fact, we stay one night at recommendation from our waitress.

You are way closer now and hitthe spot just as equally. Thank you for delivering quality eats at a decent price. I will definitely be back. Th... read more I'm not from Globe or Miami. I'm from St Louis and have traveled all over. Not just for burgers but I've definitely enjoyed one in just about every location. This is definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had. I was so full and couldn't stop myselffrom eating the rat of my burger. I got the one with green chili and it was the perfect heat, flavor, and snap added to myburger. Perfectly done as well with just the right amount of pink. Not to mention great service that got my order right unlikethe other highly rated spot in town. I now have a 2nd favorite spot to stop on the way to and from my adventures.

The pastrami burger was too greasy. The fries were fresh and very good. Fish fry was great. 3 big pieces of cod and fries. The tarter sauce was great but the coleslaw was not my favorite. It had green and red apples in with thecabbage. Overall it was a good meal.

Given the names of a few places which included Copper Bistro.... read more We visited Besh Ba Gowah Archaeological Park and Museum and asked for references of places to eat. Given the names of a few places which included Copper Bistro. We decided to try a place in DT Globe as we were going back to the Pickle Barrel. Fortunately, for us, the other places were closed. We went to the Copper Bistro and were happy we did. I had a cheeseburger with fries and my wife had the TBG sandwich with fries. The burger was huge and one of the best I have had. Cooked kinda like a smash burger. So very good. The service was great, as well. If we get back to Globe around lunch time, we will eat there again.
