Had a lovely time learning more about Kilkee at Conway's last month. everyone in the pub was extremely friendly and invited, ready to share great stories and tell us more about what Glin has been like through the years. this was especially fascinating to us as our great-grandparents emigrated from the town.
I can't believe I didn't find this place earlier! It's a charming Irish pub with friendly staff. I got a soup and a freshly made chicken salad sandwich for only €10 and it was fantastic. The soup was delicious and the sandwich had fresh, crisp lettuce. I will definitely be returning soon.

I always enjoy stopping in the picturesque town of Glin for a couple of pints. Conways bar always greets you with a warm welcome and serves up a nice pint. The locals strike the perfect balance of being inquisitive and hospitable.
Such a nice bar with a friendly and accommodating owner with a great sense of humour! He understood exactly what I could and couldn't eat and was really helpful with the ingredients. It was above and beyond. The atmosphere is just what you want in an Irish bar. Its all about the craic. The lady who cooked and served the food was really nice as well. although it was a short stopover we will remember it fondly. There were a lot of locals there and it seemed such a warm and welcoming bar.

The cozy pub has a wonderful ambiance and welcoming staff. Although the lunch menu is uncomplicated, the food is scrumptious.

I had a fantastic evening at this great bar. The staff were excellent and I highly recommend it.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy a drink or some delicious food, make sure to visit Conway's Bar in Glin. The cozy atmosphere features a warm fireplace and the owners, John and Christine, are excellent hosts.
We had a fantastic and inviting time at Conway's. John kindly introduced us to Ireland's top-quality whiskey, Yellow Spot, and advised us not to try any other brand, suggesting they were only suitable for cleaning stains from clothes. I regret not remembering the name of that brand so I can avoid it in the future! Despite being far from Portland, Oregon, I look forward to returning to Glin someday.
