Casey's
Description
At Casey’s, customer experiences vary widely. While some praise the quality of the pizza, particularly the taco and blueberry fritters, others express frustration with inconsistent service and order accuracy. Issues like long wait times, undercooked pizzas, and an unresponsive online ordering system have led several customers to explore alternatives. Nevertheless, dedicated staff members are often highlighted for their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist, contributing positively to the atmosphere. Despite the operational hiccups, loyal patrons appreciate the warmth of the team and the rewarding loyalty program, leaving a hope for improvement in service efficiency.

Called to order pizza had a few questions on the specials. Woman one the phone very rude and short. Hope I get what I ordered and hope it tastes better than the attitude. A thank you goes a long ways.
Ordered a couple pizza's from them the other night. I used their online service and coupons to save a few dollars. When I went in to pick up the pizza's they charged me extra. I didn't realize this until after I swiped my card and paid. I told them the online order shows I should pay the reduced price. The lady behind the counter acted like I was lying and said she can't do anything about it. I told her I had the proof she screwed up (the online order confirmation) and she asked me to move along. Now I don't mind being charged a little extra, but to be called a liar and not getting any help from the staff is uncalled for. I tried contacting Casey's through the website, but I still haven't heard anything in two days, so I thought maybe a review is in order. If the employees can't even bother to help and call the customer liars they aren't worth doing business with.
My family routinely orders pizza from this store. Most of the time they have my pizza ready before the scheduled time
